Sponsorship
Support an Agricultural Show and promote your organisation.
The Frome Agricultural & Cheese Show is going from strength to strength and is held on the second Saturday in September. The show's attendance figure is growing and it now attracts over 17,000 visitors. A new countryside pursuit area is being launched for the 2010 show which adds to the many attractions already available.
The show offers a business the chance to promote awareness of a brand in a cost effective way.
The show is grateful for the individual support it receives to help specific classes or a group of classes.
Businesses can have sponsorship packages tailored to their needs whether it is within the Agricultural Show or the Cheese Trade Day. The Cheese Section is growing at a great rate and is housed within a 55m framed marquee. Last year we saw over 700 entries, this year we are expecting nearly 1,000 entries.
Through a strong marketing effort the show receive support from local radio, press and television.
These are some of the benefits that a sponsor might receive:
- The inclusion in the shows marketing campaign
- Branding opportunities
- Commentary announcements
- Banner spaces around the show
- Invitations to the Chairmans Lunch on Friday, Sponsors Tea and Members Lunch on Show Day
Many areas of the show are available for sponsorship:
- Classes within the Homecraft & Handicraft, Horticulture, Horse, Fodder & Grain, Egg, Cheese, Cattle, Sheep, Goat and Pygmy Goat.
- The show's publications such as leaflets, tickets, vehicle tickets to prize money vouchers.
- An area within the show such as the Countryside Pursuit Area, Fine Food Hall to the Village Green Entertainment.
There are so many areas on offer which we would be delghted to discuss with business's or individuals, so please contact Brenda Scott at the Show Office for more information.
