Have a ticket FAQ?
If you booked your ticket online and you have not received it via email, please check your spam mail. If not located, click here and enter your email address for your purchased ticket to be re-sent.
Is there a shuttle bus that will take me to the show?
Yes! You can catch the free Berry’s Shuttle Bus to the Frome Agricultural & Cheese Show from:
- Frome Town Centre
- Frome Train Station
- Sainsbury’s Bus Stop (Frome)
- The Old Showfield at Rodden Road
The shuttles will start at 09:00 and the last bus will leave the Showground at 17:30.
Please note that the shuttle bus is an additional complimentary service we provide. During peak times, wait times may increase if the bus reaches full capacity.
What time does the show open and close?
The gates open to the public at 9am and close at 5pm.
Are dogs allowed at the Show?
Dogs are welcome at the show as long as they are on a non-retractable lead at all times. They will not be permitted in the Cheese & Food Pavilion or the Livestock Village. Assistance dogs are exempt from restricted areas. Please do not leave your dog in your car.

Do carers enter the Show for free?
If a visitor requires an essential companion, a complimentary ticket is available upon purchase of a full price ticket.
All essential companions must be a registered Carer / PA and are required to provide supporting documentation. This is mandatory and will need to be presented at the ticket sales office on the Show day.
Please bring at least one of the following (printed or scanned copies are acceptable);
- Middle or Higher Rate DLA for care and/or mobility
- Receipt of personal independence payment (PIP)
- Evidence of being severely sight impaired
- Recognised assistance dog ID card
- Receipt of receiving Attendance Allowance
One carer ticket is permitted per individual.
Can I leave and re-enter the Show?
You can leave the Show and re-enter. To do so, you must get a stamp at the gate as you leave the Show. If you do not get a stamp you will not be able to re-enter the Show.
Do I have to pay for parking?
Car Parking is free. Please use the postcode BA11 5ES and follow the yellow AA event road signs.
Is there a campsite?
No, we do not permit camping on site.
Will trade stands accept cash or card?
Please bring cash, while some traders take card, some will not.
Do you have baby changing facilities?
Yes, located in our Little Show Goers Play Zone, where parents are able to feed and change their babies in private.
